Mariette is a DONA trained and certified birth doula and has supported families that are starting and growing in all sorts of ways: cesarean sections, vaginal births, induced births, unmedicated, and VBACs (vaginal birth after cesarean). Mariette loves to support doula clients who plan to deliver at any hospital or birth center in the Denver metro area (including the closest northern and western suburbs). 

Originally from Nashville, TN, I moved to Colorado in 2017 and spent a decade in finance before taking the leap to create a life more aligned with my purpose. I'm deeply passionate about matrescence, the transformation of becoming a mother, and feel honored to walk alongside women as a steady friend and guide through it all. A yogi at heart, I find joy in dance, somatic movement, and practices that help us move through big feelings and come home to our bodies.

I live in Littleton, CO with my husband, two charismatic and curious little boys and my 80lbs golden retriever. I love spending any and all time outside in the sunshine: planting, walking, reading and playing. I fell in love with birthwork here. I long to be the non-anxious presence, the advocate and the encourager of any mother.
